I would just like to say the lady who delivers my mail is the absolute best. She is always smiling and in a great mood. She will stop and give me my mail. She is simply a sweet lady! When she is on my route my mail is always right and never late! Thank you for the great experience.

2 orders from Soma that I ordered have turned up missing. I live in tree park apartment complex. The Soma company states that my 2 nd order was sent usps on 9/10 2018 and supposed to be delivered to my address of 603 on 9/14 at 10:20am. I did not receive my package. Can it have been lost or stolen. Please advise.

You left my package at the end of the driveway like trash IN THE RAIN. It was completely soaked. How rude and disrespectful can you be. You didn't care what was inside. You have one job to make sure that people get their packages on time and undamaged. You really need to be a little more respecting of others property and hard earned money. My wedding guest book was inside that box. All of the contents were soggy. I won't use your service anymore if I can help it. You did the same thing with my wedding dress. Just dropped it in the driveway in the rain last week. This was the last straw. That is RUDE and LAZY.
